1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar local storage where appropriate.
2. Cookies we use

| Preferences | Remembering choices such as your language and theme (for example, the NEXT_LOCALE and layout-preference cookies). |
| Analytics & product improvement | We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay — understanding how features are used and replaying sessions to diagnose bugs and improve the Service. Session recordings automatically mask every form field, including passwords, so we do not capture what you type. PostHog stores an identifier (cookie/local storage) to recognise returning sessions. We do not use advertising cookies. |
3. Third-party cookies
Some providers we use (for example, Freemius, our merchant of record, during checkout) may set their own cookies, subject to their privacy policies.
4. Managing cookies and opting out
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Service from working.
You can opt out of analytics and session recording at any time: we honour your browser’s “Do Not Track” signal, and you can also email us at support@jobstride.co to opt out.
