Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Jobstride. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for subscriptions and credit packs. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which is the seller of record for all orders — approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

1. 14-day refund on first purchases

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a subscription plan or a credit pack, contact us within 14 days of the purchase and we will issue a full refund, provided the included credits have not been substantially used.

2. Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal goes through that you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and, provided the new period’s credits are unused, we will refund it.

3. Credit packs

One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the credits are unused. Once credits from a pack have been spent on AI features, the pack is no longer refundable.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and UK). Where those laws give you more, they apply.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@jobstride.co from the address on your account, including your receipt or order number (you will find it in the confirmation email from Paddle). You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
